Q. Is the Hairfly Stick 'cruelty-free'?
A. Absolutely. Here at Hairfly we believe our furry friends shouldn't undergo any sort of testing just for the sake of our own beauty.
Q. Does the Hairfly Stick work on curly hair?
A. It can! While in this case the Hairfly stick would work best on those standing baby hairs that come from straightening, it can also work on some of the more manageable curly ones. But they might require more touching up throughout the day!
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Exceptional customer service is our number one priority and we do our best to make sure you get your goods as fast as possible. Due to the recent high demand for our products, normally it will take 10-20 business days for your order(s) to be delivered.
Shipping times will vary depending on what item(s) you ordered, your location and due to conditions outside of our control - such as bad weather and holiday seasons. Additionally, order processing time can vary depending on the time of day that the order was placed.

A. Yup! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders!
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For the US and most other countries you will not have to pay customs, but this can depend on where you are located and if you order more than (1) item.
